My name is Robert Lefleur, and I bring 28 years of real-world experience directly to you.

When it comes to health and fitness, there is no substitute for experience. In an industry where trainers often come and go, I have spent nearly three decades refining my understanding of human movement, functional training, and sustainable lifestyle change.

I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). Since 1998, I have worked with a wide range of clients, helping them pursue their individual fitness goals—whether that means rebuilding performance, improving body composition, or creating strength and mobility that support daily life.

My Philosophy: Fitness Without Friction
The name Body By You reflects a simple truth: lasting change comes from within. My role is to provide the structure, guidance, and accountability that allow that change to happen efficiently and sustainably.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the biggest obstacle to consistent health is not motivation—it’s time. That realization led me to build Body By You as a 100% mobile concierge training service. By bringing training directly to your home, office, or local park, I eliminate commuting, crowded gyms, and unnecessary guesswork, making consistency easier to achieve.
